A Review of Steve Weber’s Backporch Income

A Review of Steve Weber’s Backporch Income

Steve Weber’s Backporch income is a set of 3 CD’s, 2 core CD’s and a bonus. The overall theme of Backporch Income is that
as a successful Internet Marketing entrepreneur, you can learn to earn money while sitting on your backporch. Great idea, but it’s not always easy to pull off.

I’ve already reviewed Steve’s other products, Adsense Connection and Real Website Pro. I liked each for different reasons and both had different intended audiences. I was excited that Backporch Income maybe something different.

I dug into the first CD and found several long videos. Some videos were a background on Steve and an Introduction to Internet Marketing while others provided how-to content. I found myself a little distracted by some of the content in the videos as it dragged on a bit. I felt that Steve could have streamlined the content quite a bit more to hold my interest.

I was also a bit surprised that much of the video and core content was a repeat from his website, Adsense Connection and Real Website Pro.  If I had not already seen those products, I would be impressed by the content and detail provided. Steve always does a great job at drilling into the details and providing information that is helpful for those new to the business.

Overall I’d have to say that Backporch income is a pass for me. I really felt like it was a copy of the content available on his website with some “premium” content, but not worth the price. However, I still strongly endorse Steve’s other products, including Adsense Connection.

Steve Weber’s Real Website Pro Review

Steve Weber’s Real Website Pro -mReview

I finally got around to reviewing several of Steve Weber’s products. Some of my readers my remember
that I reviewed Adsense Connection a few months ago and gave it very favorable review. I must admit that overall,
Steve Weber’s honesty and candidness are always refreshing. In an Internet full of marketers, you never really can
believe everything you read(or hear in some cases).

Since my background is in IT, I’ve tried to review Steve’s Real-Website pro from both a novice/newbie and an advanced user. I’ve also had the benefit of seeing Steve’s other products, backporch income and adsense connection.

Real Website Pro is a information/training product that will help the new Internet marketer get a jumpstart on
creating a website that can be used for marketing, information or adsense. Steve walks you through each important step
of setting up a website. From picking your domain name, picking a host, setting up your hosting account and all the way through getting that site live and utilizing SEO, Search engine optimization, tactics.

Steve has included several hours of video< screen cams and documentation to take the novice on their journey. This is a great getting started product for those newbies to the internet, web site design and internet marketing. If you need a lesson in all 3,  this is the product for you. In fact, Steve has helped control your spending by providing some free tools and showing you how to use them.

Advanced Internet users that have experience in web design and have spent even a little time online may be bored. If you are an advance user  I would personally recommend looking into some of Steve’s other products that are a bit more advanced and focus more on SEO and Adsense.

The videos and tutorials provided are fairly long and some go on a bit too long. However, you do get substantial value for the content inside each. In my opinion, if Steve polished the videos and content a bit more he would have an incredible product. The content overlaps with some of his other products and content on his website. If I didn’t already have Adsense Connection I might not have known that, but I would be disappointed if I had already purchased one of the others.

As a novice, reviewing this product, I would give it 3.5 out of 5 stars and would not recommend it for advance users at all.

Steve Weber’s backporch income

May 29, 2008

Where does the time go? I’ve had my hands on Steve Weber’s Backporch income product for over a month and haven’t ahd the time to crack it open to even peek at it.

Steve Weber , if you’re reading, I’m sorry.

I’ve been anxiously working on a few products of my own and finally came up for a breather. So tonight, after the dust settles and before I watch the season finale of LOST, I’m going to begin reviewing Backporch income. Check back within the next few days for a complete review.

Those that have read my reviews before know that I am ALWAYS candid with product reviews. It’s in both mine and my readers best interest to give them the full story before they invest the money in a product.

Stay tuned for the review!

eBay Partner Network and Blogging. Don’t miss the free money!

May 13, 2008

Everyday millions of people access eBay from around the world and each and everyday millions of people read blogs. Niche Blogs. So why not make some extra money by combining the two items in one place? If you don’t, you’re missing out.

A few months ago eBay reported that they were switching from using Commission Junction to manage their affiliate program to creating their own. I was both excited and a bit stressed. I use the eBay affiliate tools quite a bit in my sites and blogs. Over the last year it has really made me some easy money, but I was fearful that the change wouldn’t be support by my favorite Wordpress Plugin, PHPBay Pro.

eBay Partner Network -Affiliate Money

Being an eBay Affiliate has been all over the Internet for a long time. If you’re not familar with it that quickly take a look at it (EPN). It’s definately worthwhile and allows you to make money off of other people’s auctions.

PHPBay

PHPBay Pro is a great Wordpress plugin that allows you to put tailored auction listing within your blog. You can define several filters to really get the type of listings you want. If you blog about a specific topic and use Wordpress, don’t pass up the chance to make some extra money.
